This book describes how eating nuts causes chronic disease, and in doing so, proves that nuts are not good for humans.

Although many people enjoy eating nuts, extensive biochemical research proves that nuts contain “anti-nutrients” that injure us because they act as poisons. This same research also explains why nuts benefit animals that are known to eat them, such as birds and squirrels.

The biggest problem, to date, is that most people are unaware of this vital biochemical research; and consequently, continue to eat nuts. People presume that nuts are good to eat because they are “natural” plants; however, everything that is natural, does not necessarily make it edible and safe to eat.

We need a better understanding of this fact. We cannot afford to make assumptions about issues that affect our health. Each of us must know the "scientifically-proven" facts.

The vast consumption of nuts is a leading cause of major chronic diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, and depression. These diseases are caused by the anti-nutrients in nuts, which act as poison when consumed by humans—who are not anatomically made to eat abrasive and dense foods, such as nuts.
